· Orders cannot be opened, inspected, or tried before being accepted from the courier.

Defective or damaged product
· Take clear photos of the product and packaging

· We will replace it with the same or a different fragrance (subject to availability)
· NOURNIOS covers all shipping and replacement costs
· Securely repackage and hand to the courier when your replacement arrives
Exchange for a different fragrance
· Customer is responsible for shipping costs
· Product must be unused and returned in original packaging
