Exchange & Return Policy

To ensure the best experience for our customers, please read our Exchange & Return Policy below:

1. Order Inspection

• Orders cannot be opened or inspected before they are accepted from the courier.

2. If There Is an Issue with the Product or Packaging

If you receive a product with a defect or damaged packaging, please follow these steps:

• Take clear photos of the product and/or the damaged packaging.

• Send the photos via WhatsApp to +201505844669.

• After reviewing your request, we will replace the product with the same fragrance and size, or another product of your choice (subject to availability).

• Nournios Fragrance will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

• Please securely repackage the product and hand it to the courier when receiving the replacement.

3. If You Wish to Exchange the Fragrance

If there is no defect in the product or packaging, but you would like to exchange it for a different fragrance:

• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all its contents.
